Feels like a good idea to start a thread of useful art links.
Here are some of the places I go if I'm in a rut. Hopefully they will be of use to others, too. If you wanna add your own contributions, go nuts!

Ctrl+Paint is an incredibly good site that teaches primarily teaches digital painting. Traditional artists shouldn't be deterred by the site's nature though, because among the 200 different five minute videos you will find some good talk about art theory, and demonstration of universally good drawing methods.
I highly recommend a peek through here, it can be refreshing for veterans and inspirational for beginners.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Inspirational Arworks is a fantastic and extensive library of classical art. Finished pieces and studies, there's also a large amount of excellent photo references here.

Christina Zaat's facebook page is another great resource if you want to look through classical work for inspiration. She posts obscene amounts of high definition pictures of classical paintings.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you're a digital artist/aspiring digital painter, take some time to watch Shaddy Safadi's Digital Painting 101 . To boot, he has a good Photoshop brush set that you can download on his personal site.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Last but not least, Pinterest is a practical tool for hoarding image references. Make an account if you haven't got one already.
